The Immortal IPA is a popular choice known for being extremely drinkable, refreshing and hoppy!

2. Aslan Brewing Company - Batch 15 IPA
Relatively young in the Seattle beer scene, Aslan Brewing Company was a shared dream among friends that became a reality after 130 pilot batches! 3. Rooftop Brewing Company - Stargazer IPA
Rooftop Brewing Company recently celebrated its 4th birthday and has been featured in Seattle Magazine’s Washington state brewery guide. A brewery that puts and importance on building community through good beer, this is a must-visit if you’re in the area! Stargazer is a darker than the average IPA and begs to be enjoyed under a clear night sky.

4. Fremont Brewing - Interurban IPA
Fremont Brewing is a family-owned craft brewery dedicated to small-batch brewing with local ingredients since 2009. Their Interurban IPA is named after Fremont neighborhood’s famous outdoor sculpture “Waiting for the Interurban” and is a bitter yet balanced IPA with copious aroma and flavor hops.

5. Pike Brewing Company - Pike IPA
Pike Brewing Company’s (formally Pike Place Brewery) history dates back to the October 17, 1989 “World’s Shortest Non-Motorized Uphill Parade” where the inaugural pint of beer was poured. Named one of “300 Beers to Try Before You Die” by Roger Protz, Pike IPA is subtly hopped with a classic malt backbone.
