Damn the Weather is a cozy restaurant and bar located in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. Their Commercial Street Cooler is made with Gin, Pineapple Syrup, Lime, Ginger Beer and Creole Bitters and is a favorite among patrons. Don’t miss out on the delicious cuisine either, their menu changes daily!

4. Smoked Maple Old Fashioned at Radiator Whiskey
A hidden gem located in Pike Place Market (across from the clock!), Radiator Whiskey is a whiskey and cocktail bar with a market inspired menu. As one of their signature cocktails, the Smoked Maple Old Fashioned includes House Smoked Rye, Maple, Angostura and Orange Peel.
